An accomplished advisor and counselor, Erin Joy founded Black Dress Circle to help guide and support countless women as they address the specific challenges and opportunities that come with owning and leading companies. Black Dress Circle has a proven track record of helping female business owners strategize, prioritize, and improve organizational performance. BDC University was born out of Erin’s desire to bring her proven methodologies to business owners across the globe.
