From power pivots to growth strategies to marketing plans, Erin Joy knows first-hand just how much it takes to launch, run, and grow a successful business.

More than a coach and consultant, Erin is an advocate for every woman who is working to grow her business – whether she’s just starting out or is looking to reach the next level of success.

Tired of the idea that entrepreneurship means constantly burning the candle at both ends, Erin helps women dig deep and understand their “why” in order to become more effective, more successful, and more fulfilled – without running themselves ragged. From producing interactive events, to creating spaces for women to share support and ideas, to consulting with business owners on everything from management to mindset to marketing, she believes that true strength in entrepreneurship means leaning into community, breaking down barriers, and leading with empathy. This approach has made her a highly sought-after speaker and thought leader, and she has been featured in USA Today, the St. Louis Business Journal, CEOWORLD Magazine, Entrepreneur Quarterly, St. Louis Magazine, and more. Recognized as a top business consultant, Erin has been named as one of the top 100 St. Louisans to know and recently received the Enterprising Women of the Year Champion Award for supporting female-run enterprises. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in business psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

As a third-generation female entrepreneur, Erin understands what makes business owners and executives tick, what makes them tune out, and what makes them successful. As a Ph.D. student, active community member, and mom, she also understands the bigger picture of what it truly means to be a woman in pursuit of her highest potential: the late nights, the hard-fought battles, the schedule, and the realities of juggling work and motherhood. As a child, she would often play office under her mother’s desk, inspired by her example to dream of one day starting a business, too. Today, she works to pass that example on to her own daughter, Aubrey – and the next generation of women who will lead the world.

Those who have worked with Erin will tell you that she’s as much about learning as teaching, as big on collaboration as consulting, and steadfastly focused on helping others; those who know her personally will tell you the same. Whether she’s helping a client launch a business or helping her daughter with schoolwork, Erin is guided by one simple principle: when women work together, amazing things happen!
